This Shipping Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to all orders placed with PE Pharmas, a brand of PE Productions LLC.
Order Processing
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 business days of payment being received and verified. We process Monday to Friday and do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Shipping Methods
All orders are sent through established domestic carriers. Available services and estimated transit times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates come from the carrier and are not guaranteed by us.
Where We Ship
We ship to addresses within the United States and US territories only — including Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands.
We do not ship internationally. Research-material regulations differ from country to country, and we are not in a position to assess or accept responsibility for the import rules of other jurisdictions. Orders cannot be placed from outside the United States, and we are unable to make exceptions or to arrange third-party freight forwarding.
Shipping Rates
- Standard shipping — $12.00 on orders under $200.
- Standard shipping included on qualified research orders of $200 or more, applied automatically at checkout. This threshold is a standing fulfillment term, not a limited-time offer, and may be revised with notice on this page.
Shipping Address
Please check your address carefully before completing your order. We cannot take responsibility for parcels delayed, returned or lost because the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us straight away and we will try to correct the address. Once an order has entered processing we cannot guarantee changes can be made.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments
Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, delivery is in their hands.
If your shipment is delayed, goes missing or arrives damaged, open a claim with the carrier first. We will support that claim by supplying any shipping documentation you need.
We are not liable for carrier delays arising from weather, natural events, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
Returned Packages
Parcels sent back to us because of an incorrect address, a refused delivery or an uncollected package may incur an additional shipping charge before we can send them out again.
Research Use Only
Everything sold on this site is supplied strictly for laboratory and in vitro research. Our products are not intended for human or veterinary use, and not for diagnosis, treatment or consumption. Placing an order confirms that you understand and accept the research-only nature of these materials, and that you are at least 21 years of age.
All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. Given the nature of these products we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, or to issue refunds, once an order has been placed.
We will consider a refund or replacement only where:
- the wrong item was sent because of an error on our side;
- an item is missing from your order; or
- your order was damaged in transit and adequate evidence is supplied within 48 hours of delivery; or
- your order is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, or tracking shows no movement for 10 consecutive business days.
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of the recorded delivery date. Please include your order number and clear photographs of both the outer packaging and its contents.
