- You understand that all sales are final, subject only to the limited exceptions in our Shipping Policy.

These terms govern your use of pepharmas.com and any purchase made through it. By using this site or placing an order you agree to them in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
PE Pharmas is a brand of PE Productions LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“PE Pharmas”, “PE Productions LLC”, “we”, “us” or “our”). References to “PE Pharmas” in these terms mean PE Productions LLC, doing business as PE Pharmas.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age and purchasing on behalf of a qualified research professional, institution or business. By ordering you confirm both are true. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
2. Research Use Only
All products are supplied strictly for laboratory and in vitro research. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or medical devices. They are not for human or veterinary consumption and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
No statement on this site should be read as a medical or therapeutic claim. We do not provide dosing guidance and we do not supply these materials for personal use.
3. Purchaser Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the safe handling, storage, use and disposal of anything you buy from us, and for complying with all laws and regulations that apply where you are. You accept full responsibility for any consequence arising from misuse.
4. Product Information
We work to keep descriptions, purity figures and analytical data accurate. Certificates of Analysis are provided per lot. We do not warrant that any listing is entirely free of error, and we may correct information or amend specifications without notice.
5. Pricing and Availability
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Listings do not guarantee stock. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to arrange a substitution or refund.
6. Orders and Payment
An order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. Payment must clear before dispatch. We may cancel and refund any order we believe to be fraudulent, unlawful, or inconsistent with these terms.
Payment security. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor over an encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connection. Your full card number is entered directly with the processor and is never stored on our servers; we retain only a payment reference and the last four digits needed to service your order. Our processor maintains PCI DSS compliance for the handling of card data.
6A. Promotions, Discount Codes and Shipping Threshold
From time to time we may issue discount codes or offer standard shipping at no additional charge on orders above a stated subtotal. Unless a specific offer states otherwise, the following conditions apply to every promotion: (a) one discount code may be applied per order and codes cannot be combined; (b) discounts apply to product subtotal only, before shipping and any applicable tax; (c) codes are valid for qualified researcher accounts only, are non-transferable and have no cash value; (d) the shipping-included threshold is calculated on the order subtotal after any discount is applied; (e) we may withdraw or modify any promotion at any time, and may cancel orders where a code has been used outside its stated conditions. Current shipping rates and the shipping-included threshold are published on our Shipping Policy.
7. Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Dispatch times, carrier responsibility and our returns position are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. All sales are final other than the limited exceptions described there.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of data or research outcomes.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including the PE Pharmas name, logo, product imagery and written material, belongs to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.
10. Privacy
Personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. The version published here is the one in force, and continued use of the site means you accept it.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site, are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
